The On/Off switch is easily accessible at the front of each hearing aid with an ergonomically shaped button.
At the bottom of each ClarityPro you'll find an easily accessible dial to adjust the amount of hearing support you get. Which can be adjusted up to 70 dB in seconds using the tool included with your order.
If you ever misplace your adjustment tool, a new one will be sent to you free of charge.

Adjustment is extremely easy and takes only 30 seconds with a built-in adjustment dial and included adjustment tool. If the adjustment tool is lost or broken, we'll replace it free of charge.
WILL THEY FALL OUT OF MY EARS?
Nope! Our ClarityPros fit snugly into your ears, meaning they'll comfortably stay in place all day long.
I HAVE TINNITUS. WILL THESE HELP ME?
Yes! Since hearing devices amplify all sounds around you, you'll notice a decrease in the amount of ringing you hear. An example of this would be how the ringing in your ears is much worse when in a quiet room, but not as noticeable during a conversation. Simply put, the extra sound you'll be able to hear with hearing aids will "mask" the ringing caused by Tinnitus.
